the very cool copper who gave me a bollocking today, after buzzing my mate and a couple of cars at a big roundabout, hanging off, knee down and squirting it to the next lights front wheel in the air. I stoped at the lights only to hear a siren, looked round (no mirrors) and there he was. Cop on a big beemer, wagging his finger and shouting at me what a reckless twat I am, calm it down Blah, blah. Then he rode off Phew I fully deserved undue, reckless or whatever... Another nail in the coffin of my road riding days i think... Once again, I thank you :0)
Was it in Peterborough? Me and a mate was over that way last weekend! Went down the abbots ripton road then back to the roundabout just off the A1 and stood having a chat when the see 5 police bikes come round the roundabout then down the abbots ripton road! Then 5mins later another 4 police bikes did the same! We went home Huntingdon to st Ives then March and the police bikes where all taking up places along that route near roundabouts and junctions!! Just be careful in that area! Thanks Gary
If it’s the one in Cambridgeshire I am up for a strong coffee meet up, seeing as my director is heading out to Far East today. Ling has gone to and I am making reasonable progress through the second bottle of red I assume I will be working from home tomorrow.
Unfortunately it's the one in Cornwall. I had an idea to take the 'Blade but my dear boss did his Columbo impression and said "oh and while you're down there..." and suggested I turn it into an overnighter. He seemed to think that was some sort of treat...
"oh and while you're down there..." if my boss said that I would be involving head of personnel on a sexual harassment charge, however, if head of personnel asked the same question I would be asking her to make sure the door was locked.
