GI PRO A/TRE Gear indicator

    I contacted Acumen the other day and they basically said that they could not get a supplier for the plugs unless they bought in a shed load... so they were not planning on getting any more! They said you can still fit the Acumen units tho if you solder the wires. (not for me!)

    Hi there, I have an Acumem gear indicator and it does what it should for very little money. I have used it on three bikes now and solder each time, you don't to waste money on a plug its very easy to solder? I purchased mine direct from Acumen's web sight to be sure not to get a copy and all the wiring instructions are on that sight.

    Will the gipro work with a quickshifter installed?

    They are 30mm Ohlins that as standard are as harsh as hell ... so these have been modified with different damping parts

    I got em cheap on eBay ... the guy started them low and nobody bid for them :clap2:

    Then when I took them up to MCT for service and fit , Darren found the damping had been modded with Andrietti (or summat) valving

    That's a good eBay find nutty - it's not often that peeps don't bid on nice kit like that - Jammy sod (in the nicest possible way) !
