heatshield removal

    Dont know whether to trim down the under seat heatshield on my 06 blade or totally remove it.
    If i totally remove it, would any of the tailpiece or underseat plastics melt ?
    Any help would be much appreciated.

    Rip it out Buddy, took mine out ages ago, no melting yet. and looks loads better.

    If your worried mate, I've got some sticky heat shield material in the garage?

    removed mine yesterday! Looks allot nicer!

    Just need a tail tidy now..

    Evotech do a nice one for the 04-07 Blade. It's what I've got on mine.

    any chance of a pic? i was thinking R&G but the evotech one is £5 cheaper..
