Be interested how you get on with the vario screen mate. Ben Hunter at HPS tried to talk me into one for the 'Blade but I couldn't quite console myself with the look of it on the demo model they have. Pictures is what we'll need, and the Colin Engineer review.

Steve. Honestly......Look at it. Did you insist that your staff called you 'el hefe' when you rode it?

Arthur, that's what I love about my Mazda. If we try it on the blade, she back seat pilots too much.

thats very low millage for a 1998 blackbird, most of them have 20k + on them, cracking bike

Yeh most of them have atleast 20k on them at that age. The guy that owned it had a collection of bikes and only rode them from time to time, and kept them in dry storage. I was a bit sceptical at first with the millage but all the paperwork rings true and the condition of the bike backs it up. I'm just going to give it a wash up just now and take some pics.

Very nice indeed. How on earth did you manage to get MC Hammer out of retirement for the unveiling of the beast

Colin that looks really lovely mate. Great colour as well :) Looks in excellent condition, should be nice and comfy on that and pretty speedy too. You will have to remember that on the big bikes the speed can seem a bit less, had some scary moments in the past thinking I was doing 70 only top be shocked when I looked at the speedo. Enjoy.

Just back in from a run with the girlfriend on the back. She absolutely loved it, and the bike was great. Now she wants to go back out again tomorrow :)

Considering the condition mate, I'd say it was a steal. I paid just under 3k for it, when I've seen others with more miles and nowhere near the same condition go for £3.5k. The way I see it is that if I were to get rid of it in a year, I don't think i'd lose anything on it.

Yeah i'd agree mate, a good condition low mileage bike will always fetch fairly decent money thats for sure

Just back in from another run on the blackbird with the girlfriend. 3 hours riding and not an ache or pain. I can see me doing some serious miles this year :D

    Hi Jamie.

I've got a weeks holiday, that's the only reason I'm out and about just now. I don't think I had much choose on going out today. I basically got dragged out by the girlfriend. Not that a mind though. It was either that or go shopping :)

When I washed the bike yesterday I couldn't believe how good the bike was. Normally this is when you start to find little bits and pieces wrong, but credit to the previous owner it is properly mint.
