US power commanders don't come with O2 eliminators and DJ UK won't sell you one without a UK serial number. You can get a new UK one for 280
Of course you can import various items from overseas and potentially save money, although there are down sides to this. Not really worth it IMO unless the savings are massive. P.S. Dynojet will also not support an imported PC. P.P.S. Did you not just import a quickshifter from epgmoto, which you weren't very happy with or was that someone else?
I should imagine its a pain to return something to america if your not happy with it.... Id prefer to have local support incase it fails
For £60 more you can get one from CMC Claycross and not have to worry about it breaking and not having support. They can do custom maps there too.
On a off topic note,I am thinking of getting a PC for my RR5,do I get a PCIII off ebay £100'ish second hand or get a new PCV.Not into big tuning just want too smooth it out after ive fitted a exhaust and K&N and its running rougn down low.
Get whichever model you like! PCIIIUSB peforms the same functions as PCV, but PCV is smaller and has powered USB.
I am having a switch fitted to my PC3 to switch between two maps. Mine will fit on handle bars and costs about £28.Hope that was what you were asking about.
cool, what does it involve!and where do i get the switch from, looks like a 2nd hand PCIII will do the job
