It should fit. it's universal and very easy to fit to any bike. had it on my speed triple and Blade when touring. quality bit of kit. lots are areas to secure it. you should have no issues at all

    Thanks remal.

Did you use anything on your body work to stop it causing damage?

Was it big enough for your tours?

I'm going to get the tent bag as well. :)

I use one on my 05. I use an old black towel over the bodywork to stop ans scratching.

DSC02774.jpg Have one, used it on a Triumph daytona 650 and my 09 blade. It fitted a lot, and was a nice bit of kit.
Even though I tied it down tight it still moved around a bit, and on the daytona the buckles scraped the paintwork. (I had put something underneath them but as the bag moved the buckles moved)
The good thing about it was that it is not very high and wide, so it spreads the weight.

I now have ventura luggage which is infinatly better, but its twice the price and the weight of the bag is slightly higher on the bike.

Thanks for replys lads. Can anyone recommend any sort of tape that you can put on your bodywork to stop the marking? Vinyl? I'd guess duck tape would be too much, don't want it taking the paint off! :p

I had the tent bag and it's worth it. Used that. Rubber mesh and cut it to the size of the rear to protect the paint. Worked well.
It was more than big enought for a weeks touring,

A few tips. I used the small but comfy thermarest sleeping mat £80, it packs small, a cheap small sleeping bag £20,and festival tent £20 which all fitted in the tent bag. If you do your homework you can get some cracking camping gear that's bloody small.

Oxford Paintsaver. They do it in black, carbon effect or clear. I use the clear stuff, it's excellent and doesn't notice when it's on. Got mine from HG.

    Greetings,
Just took delivery of one of these this morning, there appears to be a sheet of clear vinyl supplied with no instructions as to use, but I assume its's for paint protection, normally use WonderWeb myself but will see how the bag fits first. Only problem I foresee is getting a decent anchor point at the back end of it, very little to use with a tail tidy fitted. Mike

my Cargo bag came with 2 no plate screw connections for the tie down straps. I used these and found it to be great. no issues holding it on at over 150;)

    Remal,
Thanks, should have read the instructions before posting, I used them but replaced the plastic plate screws with 6mm stainless and turned up a couple of large washers for the rear to go with the nylocs. Am impressed how easy it was to fit and how stable it looks to be. Set for the Island....

Hey does anyone have a pdf of the instructions for these. I've just bought one on eBay and it just came with 3 straps. Ive tried fitting it but it coveres the rear indicators and keeps slipping forward.

    Cheers
