2010 CBR1000RRA After Market Exhaust Heat Shield

    Hi Guys,
    My new Blade has a full Akropovic Exhaust system on but for some reason it hasn't got the heat shield that fits on the right hand side of the fairing near the bottom with it that hides the pipework underneath.

    So my question is, does anyone know where to buy one of these from?

    The Akra does not come with an infill but Leo Vince do one, LeoVince Carbon Fibre Heat Shield - Part No 8034

    The only thing I might add is my can is a slip on so has the s bend link pipe yours is the full system so is straight through, you could possibly still fit it with the attachments supplied, but you may need to alter the existing or make your own. It can be done as Nutty tart has fitted one to her bike and she has a ex BSB race system if I remember correctly.

    Just so you know the top fitting is a small plate from cover to fairing attachment point, the next one moving clockwise is connected to the sump then to the cover using another plate and the third is a loop that fits over the link pipe and then connects to the cover, just so you get an idea :)

    Just trying to help Steve, now I feel stupid and like a show off :( Sorry its hard when you have to compete with repsols all the time you just feel so inadequate
