I have Castrol blade and I want to change the original exhaust , but can't make my mind between a Leo Vince and an Arrow. Which would be the better?

They're both good brands and they do various models for your bike.

The arrow goes with look of the bike( not that I base my choices on looks) but the Leo Vince is I think a nicer sound.

I think the Arrow will suit the paint work, I know its not the way to pick but if it was me the arrow is great to look at and sounds lovely.

I have the akrapovic carbon slip on but I keep on looking out for an Arrow full system because they look so cool and factory :)

But if you look on the leo vince on steves bike it looks mint, so whatever you decide, I think you will be happy

Thanks for the tips but I've heard the Leo Vince would require a Power Commander, is this the case?

You do realise that LV make other pipes too apart from the GP Pro.

Yup but the GP pro has that look and sound but I don't want to cough up more money on a PCV that I won't use to the max.

It will only ever run at its best with a PCV and a custom map. It makes a hell of a diffence to the power delivery. Plus you its piece of mind knowing its all set up correctly because in some cases incorrect fuelling can feck the engine up.
