I saw this stand at the NEC show last year........ orders were being taken and paid for with a 3 month delivery..... so i waited thinking it would be shorter waiting time after the rush... anyhow finally placed an order with the promise of "within a few days"...... and hey ho 12 weeks later it arrived.... pins and adapter did nt fit (screw thread wrong) and if im being honest overall build quality pretty poor..... with help from Steve Betts i m gonna improve it with a similar adapter plate and new machined pins.....im all for supporting British products.... but if i was you get the Bursig or Constands lift from Germany.....it looks like the same "unique design" as the Envy.....
PS their customer service advice is pure SHITE !

Hi guys ,,,,,my first time on this forum .... Just an update on this product as some guys have been wondering if Steve's suggestions to the manufacturers had been taken on board .... The answer is NO .. I just received my stand today and I'm having the exact same issues as Steve ... The bottom pin is too narrow and the shoulder on it is too long ... This does not allow the top pin to fully seat and makes the whole bike unstable ... ... Great product in theory But will have to be contacting them tomorrow ... Bit of a bummer really since they do know about the problems but are clearly still selling them anyway ...they also plan in giving instructions in English in the near future ... That's also gotta help because I can't read a word of German lol .. I'll post updates as I get them .. Cheers ,martin

Hudson, a while ago I was looking at the same problem you're having. JM1 found some links to a couple of places in Germany that have 954 adapters already in their catalogue for what look like near on identical stands. I can't find the thread at the moment but he might remember where they were if you pm him, mate.

Hi Martin , I recived mine last Wednesday from them , also exact same problems , I have sent numerous emails to them , to which they replied to the first saying ,it's a perfect fit for my bike and to email them pictures of my problems ,so they can advise me,I have sent them the pictures of the pin size they sent on a digital Vernier , also a pic of the vernier inside bottom frame mount , clearly showing a 1.2mm underside difference .
I have had no feedback off them since there first email back to me , I have over the weekend had a new bottom pin made in stainless , it is 1.1 mm bigger in diameter , also the flange is 9mm less , tried it outl last night ,working perfect now ,
I emailed the company back last night to tell them I have sorted it and how , told them if they did not reply within 48hrs , to sort out a refund to cover the new pin costs , then I would leave them negative feed back

Hudson, my mistake, and apologies to JM1 if I've caused you to bother him unduly. I've found it now and it was BlackDevil who found the sites here.
