So i have been thinking about getting it done for quite a while now but finally decided to do it, so the bike is booked in on wednesday afternoon at "reactive suspension" as they have been suggested by a couple of members, never had it done before on any of my bikes so i am really excited to see what the results are as gareth seems to really know what he is doing, do you get an improvement in tyre life or will it not make that much difference, p.s please mr.rain bugger of for the day
the bike is used for only road riding at the moment but might start track days soon, but will be getting it set up for the road, it is going to cost me £45 for the full setup which i dont think is too bad, thats the reason why i am getting it done because even if i dont feel any big changes then i havent thrown away loads of money
Just got back from having it done and what a change it has made to the front end. gareth said the rear shock was about perfect but had lots to adjust on the front forks. cant believe i have never had it done before and i would highly suggest him to anybody who is thinking about having it done
great to hear that...for that amount i wouldn't mind getting it done, but i am in London.. Do you know of any place in London that sets up suspension?
I'm booked in at road suspension on monday 18 june for a standard OEM suspension set up, with a view to upgrading both the front and rear, but will have a chat first and see what they recomend. Hopefully it will set the bike up nicely for my track day at Oulton the following day.
Foud this..not too far from me Motorbike Performance Centre Essex, Motorbike Tuning Centre Essex, Motorcycle Tuning Services Essex | Race Engineering

For anybody in the midlands I'd also recommend going to Ktech directly and see Michael. Took the R6 to him yesterday as the last bloke who had it must of softened everything off and it felt truly woeful at silverstone last week on its first track outing. £48 later Michael and colleague had fiddled it back in to life, felt much more planted and stiff which is what the R6 needs for track and they've managed to do the best they can with the stock stuff. Didn't try and sell me anything else but even when I asked they said if I just wanted a spring upgrade then £175 all in and they would fit them to the forks and rear unit, I'd just have to take them in. Great service especially as your dealing directly with a genuine global race winning manufacturer.
