the system you have is full Ti,the link you posted up looks like stainless (some say stainless is better as Ti can burn through).

price a for a good akky system will be around £500.

But that's what you can get for that sort of money. The 06/7 is a much better bike and feels more exciting - I would definatly ride one before you get another 05 but thats just me

Just got back from Southend - 1 hour to get there and 1 hour to get back, wow what a ride! :D

Bike was nice clean, apart from paint wear on the wheel...see pic..

Engine was quite, very quite!, no rattles knocks etc..having only 8000 miles on the clock with 2 owner. Only extra on the bike was the rear seat cowl & Double Bouble..

The clutch lever was squeaky - unsure what this means...

Trade value for my bike is £3600 (according to the book) and he offered me £4500 because of all the exta's on my bike:

    Alarm, Datatag, Crash Bungs, Exhaust

But he would not budge from his asking price of £5500 - so he wanted another £1000 from me...

Also i realised i need a new tyres - as the front is very illegal.. so its actually £800 more + tyres £200....

So either i buy new tyres £220 and keep my bike, or i pay the £1000 get the Repsol with new tyres however end up spending little more for a slip on exhaust..

Thinking will i get my money back when it comes to sell the bike?

Not sure what to doooo!!!!! have a night to think about it...

I would want that wheel refurbed by him (or £60 off the price) then he would have a deal I think. The Repsol looks much nicer than yours now I compare the two :-/

I would second that; too much money. That 06 I posted had 10k on the clock for well under 5 and he was offering px. Keep your eyes peeled for one like that that isn't sold

looking through the classifieds in ebay, RR6's start at £5k, some are lower but the cheapest bike is not usually the best one...i think you get what you pay for..

was ther a huge difference between the RR5 and RR6? personally i like the look of the RR5..
