Do people actually order stuff from the states? I've never tried it.

No Moily i think the arai visor mechanism is shite too, much prefer my shoei, its much simpler. I also have a Nexx carbon, great lid but you need a coin or screwdriver to change the visor, even makes the arai look easy lol

Has anybody tried Shark lids? I got myself a RSR2 Indy Blue it's an amazing lid! It's very light, very quiet, excellent vision through 4mm thick visor and wide aperture and awesome ventilation also got crumple zone inside running front to back! And it looks pretty cool too  goes well with HRC colours ;)Ii would post pics but i can't the feckin thingy to work

I used to have an RSX and it was a quality bit of kit alright. I'm just waiting for the local dealer to get a Speed R in for me.

I have an Arai shaped head, but they are too much money, so I buy HJC's, which are just as good and the same fit as the Arai's.
There were some independent tests a few years back which HJCs came top of for safety - great lids, sensible price, loads of features, best selling lid in the USA according to the box.
Saved me a couple of times too!
