    just been round to my mates to av a quick look at my bike,hes fitted new pads changed brake fluid,fitted evotech tailtidy and small number plate but hes keeping it for today as hes not happy wi the mounting for the mtc can,the bracket supplied doesnt seem to fit anywhere????

    is that an original cover over the exhaust,see some carbon ones on ebay !

    yeah original cover reused comes in 2 parts,thinking of getting heatshield powder coated black as its more exposed now.

    ive done something simular but mine is 05 so the gold colour,had to cut the bottom of it to fit my Yoshi.painted the shield with black paint and its fine.going to maybe get the cover Aqua printed carbon as the genuine carbon ones are £80.

    Got my 4000 mile service done and got the kind blokes to remove the pillion pegs as i didnt have the energy or the ability to do it myself. IMG_0109.jpg
    Also ordered an OEM light tint repsol high screen. Looking forward to getting that put on.

    The missus bought me a Zero Gravity DB screen for my birthday... so fitted that, and gave it a wash. Very happy with the screen, exactly the right shape to suit the bike, and I think the dark tint adds a little touch of menace :D

    fitted the repsol rear hugger that i bought off vic. slight bit of modification required to fit over the chain guard and a washer on the front to lift it over the ABS cable. all up only took 10 mins to fit so happy with that. IMG_0113.jpg IMG_0114.jpg
    also put on a nice HRC resovoir sock because im a bit of a loser :D

    Ha I wanted a repsol one but they looked a bit pikey so settled for a HRC one. Plus as a bonus, being HRC it was obviously cheaper :p

    Took the bike to Kais Performance and had the stock suspension set up, great guys, great service and great tea. I will let you know what i think after tomorows track day at Oulton Park.

    Finally got round to cleaning my chain for the 1st time this year (yes, I know, I know). 400ml of chain cleaner, 2 tea towels and half a roll of kitchen roll later & it's sort of silver again.

    Another 400ml can of cleaner and a proper cleaning brush ordered.
