Just been in "New Members" welcoming a new member, not surprisingly. Nice sounding chap from Swindon called Simon.

Now he's made me think about an invaluable exchange of information that I believe we should undertake. We have members from all over the place so we can pool our knowledge of the quality of burger vans in our favourite bike shop car parks.

I'll start with the one at Bridge Motorcycles in Exeter.

Bloody good, classy, towed trailer effort, with jaunty "Belly Buster" graphics. Classy because it's got a little pot of hot water to wash the spoon in before you put it in the sugar bowl. Eh, don't let it be said we're a cultural wasteland just because we're in the provinces!

"Biker Breakfast" I love it! But from a trading standards viewpoint, there just ain't enough burgers in the world...

    Also WALES Gwent
Abergavenny (NP7 5LH): Oasis Snack Bar. (Bus Station Cafe) Old Bus Station Car Park, The Bus Station, Abergavenny Road.
Good coffee, Tea, bacon butty etc... can get very very busy on a warm summer weekend. Oasis is open 7 days a week. So you can go any day, morning, evening and nice. Always a great atmosphere.

I will second that, always bikes there even in the week not just weekends.

My other favourite place on a good biking route is the Hartside cafe (CA9 3BW) A686 on the Alston Rd friendly locals & proper grub

+1 on that Remal mate . Always Top grub at the bus bays and if the weathers right it can be like a bike show there.

West End Cafe , Llandovery , wales.

There is a massive menu and the food is top notch or if its just a snack there is also a chip bar at the side.

Large crowds especially on saturday and sunday morning. Very freindly bikers there . Even if none of my usual riding buddies are out i just head up the cafe for a full english, get chatting and tag along with group.
