Just looked at your original post, with the ebay link. All it says is they fit many different bikes, without being specific. Looks like ya dropped a bollock mate. :(

They from this country? Send it back mate. Ya can soon get it wrapped. Oh, and make them pay for the postage, if you argue enough they will relent, especially if you specified what it should have fitted. Good luck.

This may sound silly but have you tried to widen the stand by pulling outwards on each leg? These are made from aluminum so will bent with a bit of force!
I just bought nearly the same as these for £29 from ebay for the rear! but the seller sent me the front as well! without charging me!
I did have to bend mine out a bit but all ok now and work on the same bobbins as you have.

Why don't you wait & go pick up a bargain from the bike show. I got the Oxford Big Black Bike front & rear stands for £20 each from the Infinity stand. Properly solid, don't flex & although I'm afflicted with 'the clums', (touch wood) I don't have an issue using them on my own.

    needs pulling a fair bit..

Spoke to the company..they said they sells these all the time and there should not be any issues..

they only have one type and this fits all bikes..

So have offered me a refund, but i have no packaging to send it back!

I have asked they open up another kit and measure between the legs - as the one i got may just be a defective stand!

Yeah I had to pull mine apart a bit... It doesn't bend easily so some force was used, and now fit perfectly and still very sturdy... On the same bobbins as you have...
