About 2 years ago I changed my standard exhaust to an oval scorpion one but in some ways I miss the standard exhaust. Now dont get me wrong the scorpion sounds fantastic its more the look of the standard I miss, it just seemed to look right.
I have looked at so many exhausts and thought they are nice but not quite right until now.
I have just come across a make I have not heard of on eBay called jardine it's exactly what I have been imagining it needs too look like but I have never heard of them
    Are they any good???

    What do you think?

They sound good and look great too, but I was looking at one about 12 months ago and ended up not getting one as there were quite a few comments suggesting the build quality of the rivets in the carbon wasn't so great and over time they started to shake apart. I have never seen one, so I can't inspect the quality, but I ultimately decided against it, as I was having to buy from the States and if it did go wrong, I would end up having to pay a fortune to return it etc.
These guys are about the cheapest on the web:
Jardine Rt-1 Carbon Fiber Dual Outlet Slip-on Exhaust | MotoSport
I can't seem to find a UK importer, so just be wary that if you do buy from the States that you may get clobbered for import tax. Have a look at the reviews.
    Keep us posted.

Cheers for your help guys, I may have to knock this one on the head, they aint cheap and as mentioned above import tax and return shipping costs and more importantly not being able to inspect quality is a bit of a put off.

If anyone knows a make in the uk that has a simular look please let me know
    Cheers again guys

This is exactly the same dilemma I had last year. I couldn't find something different that I liked. I ended up going with a Quill GP1 can and love it. Sounds immense and was only £295 fitted there and then with link pipe. BUT, it doesn't look as cool as the Jardine. D&D exhausts do a similar sort of thing, but it is more like 2 cans welded/bolted together, but again hard to get in the UK.

It's a quality Bit of kit. Think he's done around 7000 dry miles and no quality issues at all sounds amazing when he gives it the beans. A very deep growl!

Don't think they will ever have a uk supplier as they have been going for years and never bothered before! Also being an American company I doubt they would bother supplying in the uk with so many other exhaust available. Also probably can't be arsed with EU regs!

Just order it from the states I've never had any issues ordering from the us. The jardine will sound awesome on the blade and different from the rest, I considered their can for my 2010 but wasn't keen on the design for mine.

That does look the nuts! It is a shame that they don't import into the UK as they do make some great cans. Good luck and keep us posted.

The other thing to consider is when it comes to MOT time.

As Phantom said, I doubt they bother making them to EU regs, so either you'd have to:

A, Change back to the scorpion/original exhaust once a year.
B, Find a tester willing to turn a deaf ear.
C, Or see if Megawatt would be willing to make some baffles for you.

Just thinking ahead for you mate.
