Can I PM you my address, so you can you post me one, better make it two, of what you are smoking Rich.
Well they're just Benson and Hedges but yeah, sure. I've not touched the Jamaican Woodbines since 1995. I'm entirely calm about stuff like that just through being a wise old owl
It's still raining! Silver Lining: That meant that Jr. V's school sports day was cancelled, and I was saved the inevitable humiliation of the dad's race (came 2nd last year). This year it all looked a bit too serious with said dad's turning up in proper running shoes (not me). Cloud: Because I'm a big girl's blouse & don't ride in the rain, I will mostly not be going to the Ace Cafe tonight
RAIN! Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhggggggggggggggggggggggggggrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!
When i got home last night i was thinking,Ive ridden threw some bad weather this summer. Freezing cold, snow, hailstone, gale force winds, lots of monsoon type rain to pea soup fog. Then this morning i thought i haven't ridden threw a bad thunder storm yet and bugger me as soon as that thought went, there was the biggest clap of thunder right over my house.I now have a complete set.
I'll have you know Jimbo, I'm 'very dangerous' over short distances! To be fair, it did rain last year as well & the only reason I came 2nd was because 2 of the front runners slipped & fell...but hey, that's racing! What fool arranges a school sports day during Wimbledon't? Rain is practically guaranteed!
lol - thats racing indeed! as for wimbledon, you make a valid point mate, why are we all crying about the weather, surely its to be expected last and this week!
It's not just raining today, it's fookin torrential! I'm just glad that I got a good blast out last night.
I am not even going to lower myself into this conversation other than to say mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm but after a difficult day it it’s a nice thought.
Well, after the devastation caused across the centre of the country this last couple of days, the Met Office has announced that the south west is about to get a right hook, so I've battened the hatches and raised the snorkel. In the words of Robert Plant If the levee breaks we'll have no place to stay.
