    • Got the Full Race Exhaust - love it, but would prefer it to be louder!
    • R&G Tail Tidy with Micro carbon LED indicators
    • Rear Seat Cowl
    • Double Double Screen
    • K&N Air Filters - Will be popping these in over the weekend
    • ASV Black levers - Going on this weekend
    • Attempting the Flapper mod this weekend

Was thinking Power Commander - but my bike rides fine, its quick and smooth - do i really need it to go any quicker?

What other bits could i do to the bike...? nothing OTT, just the subtle things..

    or am i done..?

ps: pics to come once i clean and polish up the bike...watch this space..!

The Power Commander will help smooth things out. Have it all set up on a dyno and it will all make sense, especially if you are having k&n's put in too. The flapper mod is good, makes the below 5k rpm a little smoother.

from what i have been reading custom maps don't really work...as the mappers are useless... unless you had one?

I should have dyno'd the bike in standard forum and then once i completed the mods.

I did all the mods you have done (K&Ns, flapper mod, slip on can, power commander) and then had it put on the dyno. It felt stronger and smoother and the running rich issue I had at low rpm was cured. Definitely worth doing. I even managed to get 166.2bhp at the rear wheel and 88ft/lbs, not bad for an RR5.

Don't wanna piss on yer bonfire Sam, but have you declared all your mods to your insurance. There's usually an increased premium for power increases???

No mate, I have a heavily modded Streetfighter that only Bikesure will cover. Sometimes they don't like performance mods.

Suspension and wheels are a better mod than anything you've done. I'd also say a good set of sticky tyres are a good upgrade too. With a full system you'll be best to fit a PC3 and get it customer mapped for the bike. Brakes and mastercylinder would be a good upgrade too. I guess it all depends on your budget and what you want from the bike. I'll be honest and say that if I took all the mods of my bike, I'd be no quicker than I would if the bike was standard, but it just looks nicer the way I have it. Look in the link in my signature and see what I've done.

Sam if you want a louder exhaust and a different look you could always get a one off custom exhaust made, a mate got one made for his gixer under the seat and it looked and sounded great!
I think the company was called 'zorsttec' or something like that.
    Depends on your budget though

Racefit will do a Growler can, which IMO are the absolute nuts. I have a Quill GP1 can which sounds epic and didn't cost the earth either.
