    TOTW is very very good & I have bought into it for years; did CSS etc.

    I recently watched Simon Crafars Motovudu; much prefer its simplicity.

    With hindsight, TOTW has given me many survival skills, but the science can mess with your head to the point you are thinking about so many things you end up riding more slowly.

    Some people quote Twist like its a religion; I think its great too, but it is overcooked a little imo.

    But Pastor Code said we must!!!

    I've also done 3 levels of CSS, I take everything they say and try to experiment with it, but so far, i have not been able to disprove anything TOTW says...

    Also have the Crafar book and DVD... But my foundation skills are based on CSS... So now I am adapting to what works FOR ME!!! That's the best we can all do, IMO...
