Hi Guys, I have the new 2012 Blade and fancy getting the Yoshi end can for it. My question is, do Yoshi make a can that has the cat, valve and Lambda sensor thread. I want the can for looks not really for performance and would like it with baffle in so its not too loud. I dont really want a power comander or remap, just the original map with the new end can. Any advice most welcome, Thanks Dave
Ive got the Yoshi on my 2011 Blade and it has the Lambda sensor thread, all i did was un screwed the sensor from the old end can and popped it into the new end can. and as for the valve for the exhaust it's not required, just dissconnect it. Jay
Just fitted a full akrapovic system to my 2012 and so far running fine. no probs disconnecting the exhaust valve and has a thread for the lambda. go for it.
Hi Jay, so did you have the one with removable baffle. When the original can is removed is the cat still left on the bike.
Get the yoshi disconnect the O2 sensor and fit an O2 elimiator and run that sucker without the baffle! Let her scream and remember loud can saves lives!
The Cat is removed from the bike when you fit the Yoshi Dave. I think most of the Yoshi cans all come with a baffle, as do the Akrapovic.
If its just for cosmetic reasons that you want a new exhaust Try eBay 130485160578 It's only £78 and it's a carbon cover that goes over the original exhaust so won't be loud or need tune up etc
