my a star gloves have just worn through on one of the fingers after 18 months - not great! but up till then i thought they were great.

as for the knox, know loads of people with them and they are lovely gloves, not sure on the armoid ones (assuming these are the ones with the gimmick bones from knuckle to knucle) as when i tried them on and clenched fist the two outside ones pinged out, they arenet fixed in place?

    seemed daft to me.

i'm going to go for these next!

I lust after them, but it's not quite the same as owning them, but I am basing that lust purely on them being a gadget as well as a glove.

Yep, got them, love them & would buy another pair tomorrow.

Stitching on the left index finger burst 18 months in to ownership (and 6 months out of warranty). Called them up, sent them off & they repaired them for free.

    Top service

If anyone is looking to buy them from Demon Tweeks let me know as one of the sales reps are willing to give the best discount they can on items for this forum.

I got the androids, so far so good. I keep losing the white plastic 'clip on' bit on the back, but the local dealer gives them out for free. Aparrantly provided by knox. Only had one crash in them but all the stitching etc is in tact. Have crashed in cheaper gloves and wrecked them, so top marks for the knox.

I have the Knox Handroid and they serve their purpose well, no complaints. Upon first release I believe they did have some stitching issues but these have been resolved. I only use them as a Summer hoon glove and not an all year round option.

I've got the Handroid Pod gloves, as I couldn't get on with the longer cuff on the original Handroids:

They are fantastic, although be warned that they have practically no warmth to them so definitely for summer glove use only. Needless to say, I've only worn them twice this year and one of those times was back in March!
