Caravans, Not really a favourite subject on a motorbike forum, that's why I've placed it in non bike related section however a few on here share my hobby so I thought I'd post our new arrival. After what seems ages we have finally took delivery of our Bailey Unicorn Valencia. We traded the six berth in as it was too big for our current needs. Aparantly demand has been quite high for this model so it's pretty much off the Production line in Bristol. Loving the red LED lights on the rails. So there you have it, all we need to do is get out and christen it. Oh, and get my 58 and 46 Stickers for the rear end. Just so you know it's me if your passing? And of course my "Up Yours Clarkson" sticker, now that's a must! Sorry Bats, if you stumble on this *childish sniggers*
That's the bomb, (heard some yank on TV say that) Think it means great bit like 'sick' or 'the money' Anyway I like it
Not a caravaner but that looks very nice, if your heading up this way I will keep my eye out for it with those stickers on!
Hmmmm. Well Gary, I live in Devon, a land renown for its winding, narrow lanes and roller coaster contours, and as a target for tourists, but, I'm very fond of you so I'll just leave the thread.
Your not wrong Jimbo, a very good idea, one that's on hold for now, but never say never eh Sadly though unless there's somewhere trackside so to speak, it's difficult to get a pitch, the transit Tends to have people screaming Pikey, well it does with some sites we frequent. TBH I think this is why Mrs b didn't want to go with a motor home in the end, she knew there would have been a trailer on the back for the bike. Ken, I appreciate your honesty and I would never want you not to contribute your inner feelings. I totally agree mate, some people that have a van haven't got a Fcukin clue, from towing to reversing to route planning The bsatards should be stopped, a mobile crushing plant brought in turn it into a box and rip their licence up. Gets on my tits they do.
Well if its confession time,(here goes) We've got a motor home.It like some horrid dirty secret. The thing with Motor homes is that every one you see driving one looks miserable. If you don't believe me just have a look next time you see one out.So i'm having a big smiley face sticker made for the front of it.
On the way to Northampton on Friday we saw a caravan tower pulled over by the Feds. My boss said "Well done officer. Now confiscate it, crush it, put the remains through a shredder, burn the shreds, then take a disc cutter to his tow bar and throw it through his windscreen". An eloquent and unusually articulate monologue from him so I had to agree it was firm but fair.
Very nice Gary and when you work hard you deserve the goodies that go with it so hope you enjoy. Now the rant ! My main beef is fuckers who get caravans then park them outside there house all year round and only use them for one week at Easter .Pay for some storage you Bastards .Rant over and have a nice day lol.
Ken be nice, or your boss, Giv, agree, I park mine in my car park. Can't see the point in having a van and keep it on the road ahhhhn And Im glad to say I like to keep my speed up even towing and don't get overtaken my lorrys or other caravans. Was told las year I over took a couple I know whe were not towing at the time. Pha 60 on the motorway. 75 is much more fun
