Cant pop it off, this may sound sad but mine fell off or was nicked at some point so I bought a second hand shock as honda won't sell the cap without the shock.
It's annoying me having no cap on there so was my only option now I can't get the bugger off! Lol

    All sorted cheers arthur!
You were right about being careful with the valve although when the drill bit touched it the force of air blew the cap off (almost into my face) so kind of helped it off lol, luckily I only touched the air release bit so didn't damage the spare shock or my face :D

Maybe you should be asking yourself Why did the cap come off in the first place?.........Is it because your shock is passing a bit of gas from the valve and eventually blew the cap off?.Those caps are TIGHT! and a m8 had his come off..............a few thousand miles later ended up fitting Ohlins cus the rear "Just dont feel right nowadays".

If theres room under the cover why not try n fit a "Metal" valve cap,not one of those plastic ones .Atleast if the valve is slightly leaking a metal one will hold pressure .
