Which oil for RR5?

    As i'm on the minimum at the moment and considering a DIY oil service, I wondered what oil you '04-'07 guys were using and what grade as it's difficult to tell from the handbook.

    That's cheap that is. I think it normally retails for about £40-£45.

    Always had Castrol Power 1 4T 10w-30 (Semi-Synthetic) put in mine from the dealer.

    Yep. Semi synth, 10/30. Castrol. Tastes slightly better than silkolene too. (dont ask)

    Not by any chance over filled and you was trying to suck it out up a tube ? :D

    I use motul semi synthetic now, i have tried the fully synthetic but found the gearbox clunked into 1st much better with the semi
