This is what my Akra clamp looked like and this is fine..

This what i got with the Remus - it basally goes around the exhaust and the two claps end up close to each other..

I called Remus - :: Home :: - Contact Us - Performance Parts UK Limited, Suppliers of Specialist Performance Components, including parts from Akrapovich, Gilles, Remus, ASV, Sprint, DGale, Galfer, Supersprox, Zero Gravity, Hyper Pro, and many others. ::

and did not get mush help, did not want the pictures...i guess that's because i did not buy the system from them! in the end he offered to send an email to Remus - but they are aparantly closed for 10 days!

That looks more like a hanger for an exhaust that goes up the side of the bike too me

Cant say I had anything like that, it looks like the bracket might loop round can and be locked in the centre of that fitting then that is held and locked in place. Can't really say where or how without seeing it in the flesh, and you are a bit far for that today:)

Would the Akra one fit on the Remus exhaust?

If so, I'm sure there is someone on here that could make a new clamp if you sent it off to them.

    Megawatt comes to mind :)

on the 600RR the rear subframe splits in two and there is a connection in the middle near the rear of the bike. If you have a a pre 2007 blade it could possibly bolt on there, but that is quite far back though! worth a try i guess?

I can make any bracket you can dream up outta stainless steel. But I'm not cheap and I am slow. Will be able to do it in early September? Just supply a drawing with legible , accurate dimensions?

Pics over the next few days..

Martin, I did have a buyer for £3850 - with the standard exhaust..but I had to turn him away as I needed another week to sort the exhaust out..And he could not wait..

I had Afew calls..which means there are buyers looking..

Wil be going back up for sale in a few days..fingers crossed.

Found out the Remus cost like £350 with a link pipe..new..It's new got storage marks on it and that's all..so got me a bargin..
