+1. Had two nicked by the local scrotes - 2nd was a colour photocopy with a large strip saying "ORIGINAL WITH RIDER"!

Now put it in the boot, in a plastic taxholder to stop water ingress.

I've still not had my RR5 for long, but this thread promped me to see if I could find a better position for my tax disc. I havn't moved it far, but I think it's better than it was.
    Here's the before & after:-

It's a shame the rear brake res is on the wrong side as once you remove the res it has the hanger still sat there, would of been ideal

Mine was in a holder on the swingarm. Holder was shit and let water in every time it got wet. Disc is now rolled up in the toolkit bag under the rear seat cowl. :)

    eBay item 310331590521

I have that mounted on the underside of the screen using the wing mirror nut. Legal and looks quite trick! I will take a photo and post it up tomorrow evening. Before this I carried it under the pillion seat for 9 years and never had an issue. I just liked the look and where it fitted on the bike.

Dont bet me started on that one mate.

We had a little boy with us who had a Dissabled badge, now I never used it but just once I was stuck for parking for a hospital appointment. I parked in a notorious Blue Badge Area, and got a £60 ticket because I put the clock for the badge on the right hand side of the car.
When I challenged the decision a nice letter came back from our local authority stating it infringed H&S for a traffic warden to work on the off side of a vehical putting said traffic warden in peril with flowing traffic, hence the need to have it displayed on the N/S of a vehical, if nothing is displayed as the above, a £60 fixed penalty will be implied.

    What grips my shit is,

It was ok for The mother fcuker take a photo of its position for evidence from the off side!

I have a blue badge myself I always leave it on the right I didnt even know you weren't supposed to lol

So if you decided to parallel park on the right hand side of road so you get out the car on the kurb would you put it on the right then?
All traffic wardens should be shot! Unless there is any on here that ride blades of corse :)

Depending on the type of road, a vehical parked against the flow of traffic would be susceptible to a ticket too.
Basically your lights/reflectors are the wrong way round on the highway, which could cause confusion to other road users.

As for traffic wardens being shot?
Regardless of the fact they may ride a blade, I think a quick bitch slap every now and again, just to keep them on their toes will be ok?

Also I think we should actively encourage traffic wardens mothers and fathers to get married :D

    I don't display mine, it's a rebel thing!
