There's loads of book publishing companies online now but I use Blurb. There are 3 different types of assembly based on your comfort level with layout, the book goes into a virtual bookshop where you, or anyone else can buy their own copy, the quality is outstanding, and I've seen a lot that isn't, and it's a really quick turnaround, usually less than a week. I've done several for myself now and a few for customers and have been pleased with the outcome every time.
