      Hi ! I was hit off my 09blade month ago ( currently still going through ins eurgh!) but I work in a motorcycle dealership and a mint urban tiger with only 649 miles on has come in p/ex and ive been offered a good price ,anything should know about it that's diff to 09 ? whats it like running in? never had one with so few miles any advice?sorry to bombard you with so much any answers greatly appreciated!:)

        Hi There, sorry to hear of your off. There are quite a number of samll differences that came out on the '12 models some of which includes, revised engine mapping to give you better low throttle response, diff fairing to improve aerodynamics, new clocks with gear indicator,

        completely new suspension Big Piston Forks and similar rear damper, new wheels different tank seat and tail unit as well. For 2014 (which is what the Tiger is made from) you get the same uprated engine as an SP excluding the balanced pistons. You get hand finished cylinder head with improved gas flow, new inlet tracts and a complete new exhaust system, revised engine mapping as well to give more top end.

        also the bars are wider and slightly further forward and the pegs slightly further back. On the Tiger you also get an Akrapovic can. at 649 miles its already run in, just dont labour the engine to much in the higher gears... enjoy!!

      Looking at £6300 really max, but need to px mine which is worth £5500 according to we buy any bike, Not bothered colour wise other than candy, the bike I have seen has just come in at Craigs Honda at Shipley, The 600 is killing my knees, just a bit too small and really bogs down if your not in the right gear
