Hi all , some of you I know well others just by chatting on forum in June I was given the all clear from cancer a hard battle that me and my wife, kids , went through for 2 1/2 years , Over the last month I would say I've been feeling a bit shit and signs of the same crap from the first time , I had a scan week or so ago only to be told on thursday the big C has returned , Which I knew it had to be honest , on Monday morning I'm back in hospital to see what treatment I'm havin and when it's all going to start , if it's tablets and injections first like last time ( I'm on the run To Wales part 2 ) but if it's the other stuff then I won't be , Reason I'm posting this on here is simple , I've made some really nice friends and if I'm not on here for a while this is why ( just so you know I'm not being ignorant ) , the cancer I can fight , win or lose who knows , the hardest battle I have is telling my wife and kids it's back. (Yes you lot know before them). Thanks si , giv, lee you know why Steve.
I don't know what to say, I really hope you can fight it back again. My sisters mother-in-law is going through the battle a the moment and unfortunately it doesn't look good. Good luck and don't give in.
Sorry to hear about that, Steve. I don't know if it'll do any good but I'll cross my fingers, toes and everything else for you. My thoughts are with you and I hope that some day soon we can get out for a ride together.

We seem to have cancer running through our whole family which makes me think that I am just waiting for the same Damn news for myself one day?, as i have had it for most family members over the years :-(? Nothing really i can say about this other than keep fighting and we all hope for the best possible outcome
Hope all goes well mate, my step dad has recently been diagnosed with bowel cancer and is still having radiotherapy every day, If you need anything theres plenty of people who will help on here, Fingers crossed for you
Im new to the forum so dont know you guys too well yet, but I have noticed the strong friendships on here and thats the reason ive been posting here more than other forums. I cant imagine how hard it will be to tell your family, I really can't! I hope you fight this bastard off and send it packing for good for you and your family. hope the well wishes from this band of reprobates help you with your family talk.
Feel for you mate, been there myself, kids where tiny tots when I had big C, there all grown up now, picture big C as the enemy spend 15 mins a day beating the shit out of it, I saw mine as Darth Vader!!!! No better support than family, keep positive

Sorry to hear your crap news mate, lost my best mates mom early hours of yesterday morning after a 3 week battle, so you owe it to me to beat it AGAIN and to get one back for her. You seem to have a great attitude about it, don't be a stranger and if you need anything you only need ask!
