    Hi all,
    I'm Andy. Just joined after finally realising my 20 year dream of owning a Fireblade. Black 2012 C-ABS, 1 week old tomorrow, the 'blade that is, I'm a 50+ old git.

    OK, OK, I get the picture :D so here's one when I got the bike home Friday night with about 60 miles on the clock. By Sunday evening I'd fitted an R&G tail tidy and done over 400 miles.

    I've put some pics in an album, hopefully get some more at the weekend. Already done the tail tidy. Got the following planned short term: Ventureshield, tank pad and fuel cover, wheel stripes, R&G crash protectors (when I get the courage to drill the fairing). And just won some stompgrips for it on eBay. :)

    so jealous of all you lot and your tail tidies...so brassick but really want to dump the rear plate holder from me repsol.
    right wheres me balaclava and the nearest bank?

    Welcome from one old git to another. Nice bike mate and glad your swelling the collection of black one's on here, Tail tidy is always the first thing to do, looks much nicer when you pass a Repsol.
