    Hi,
Long term blade owner here ('98 RRW) looking to possibly move up to a new blade.
Does anyone know where I can get a reasonable demonstrator ride please? I don't mean 20 minutes, more like a couple of hours so you can be sure you like the bike & compare it to my RRW which I have had since new.

    Cheers all,

    Gary :D

Welcome to the forum Gary, not sure dealers rent the bikes for the day ;)
IMO you don't need a test ride, just do it :D

Enjoy your time here, hope you enjoy your stay.

A test ride is important yes, but in the case of the FireBlade it's more to see if you actually fit on it really, as it does exactly what it says on the tin. No real foibles, not too much trickery to get between you and the road, turbine like engine and more flickable than a bogey in double maths.

Good luck with hunt and welcome to the forum.

    Welcome!!!

If you're looking at buying new, I would have thought most dealerships would bend over backwards to get your custom... if that means lending you a bike for a few hours, I'm sure they could be persuaded.
