Really? A win & 2nd at NW200, and despite a lot of issues (shit bike and shit team) he still went fairly well at the TT.

My guess is it will be similar to this year (if true) in that he does the endurance side of things but at the big international road races he is farmed out to padgetts...

If it was me my money would be on McG, Rutter, Donald for endurance, with McG having Dunlop or Andrews as a team mate for the roads.

nw200 is like a circuit race, thats why so many superbike boys
come over to race it.its all fast straights, watching him on the other
road races he just doesnt seem to have the same edge anymore IMHO.

I beg to differ. At the TT he looked a different man. Remember his last few years have been littered with unreliable or poor bikes, put him on a decent bike with someone who has a clue how to set them up and he is certainly good enough for a podium!

were we watching the same TT ??
he came 7th beaten by Ryan on his KMR that
wasnt even as powerful as the kwak rutter was on.
thats why he got the win on the bigger bikes but was
around 4-7 pos. on the rest of the races at the nw200
because the bike was far more powerful in the long straights.

I admit to being a fan of Rutter but have to Agree with Phantom that he, like Walker and Harris ect have had there day, you only have to look at the last half of BSB to see he hanging about in the lower end .Its not about the old days its about next year.

After speaking to a mate last night it will be announced at the NEC bike show
I think Rutters still got it in him to pull off a surprise , only time will tell .

If this does happen I hope Mr Mc has a good set of earplugs to drown out the complaining....
