Can i be cheeky please i have a question why does the clutch on my 2004 Blade keep needing to be bled?
welcome aboard. I assume you have already checked for leaks? I do know there is a lot of people that have trouble bleeding them and the main points I heard before was use a speedbleeder and to make sure the bike is level and doesnt have the rear in the air i.e. no rear paddock stand.not sure if this would make much difference but hey every little helps.
Hi welcome, can't help with your question but there is plenty of people on here that will be able too. Note they will probably trade this useful info for pics of your pride and joy
Make sure you crack the banjo's at the clutch side. I always find that once that is done its just a case of bleeding at the slave cylinder.
Welcome aboard , I am sure you will be able to find all the answers you need on here as regards to any problems you may have , lots of helpful people just ask , good luck with the clutch Bobmg

Welcome...... as said, dont think the clutch line should need regular bleeding so you've either got a little leak somewhere, or its not being bled properly.
Hello and welcome, there are some great guys on here who are very helpful. Hope you sort your problem out before the weather gets better so you can get out and enjoy the Blade.
Hi and welcome blade lover. The hydraulic clutch is a right beggar to bleed to get maximum pressure at the lever. Have found the conventional way was ineffective and resorted to back bleeding in that you remove the piston from the slave cylinder fill the chamber with fluid gently replace the piston and push fluid into the reservoir. A two man job to ensure theres no overspill, worked every time with me bud. Best of luck.
