Hi, I was checking the oil gauge in my 2009 hrc yesterday and in 3000kms it has gone from full to minimum level...I'd like to know how much oil it is from the maximum sign on the gauge to the minimum.
    thanks

Its isn't much, as WW says its in the region of 200ml IIRC.

no,guys the consampion for your bikes maybe is 200 ml ...
but maxvis has a 08+ model that they have that problem with the oil consumpsion i mean in 1 race weekend we always fill in both of our race bikes around 800ml and thats normal ,nothing you can do to change that

2 race bikes and 1 road bike 08 (all stock engines ofc) we did the recall change all the engine(on all of them) and again after a bit the oil consumpsion came to the previews lvls ...
at the road bike not that much but on the race ones was the same
so its normal for that oil to be mising and since the stupid honda dint put a glass window so you can easy check your oil lvl you should constantly look for it always b4 a big trip or a fast ride and
    always fill the missing oil
lot of 08+ in greece broke theyr engine but it was not a problem of the engine, most of them never check the oil lvl so they end up with broken crank or rod ;)

checked on the honda service manual, from min to max on the dipstick it is 500ml missing. overall...500ml in 3000kms is ok for me.
