As title says but am looking at getting one hopefully not long. I had a blade in 2006 but we went our separate ways on a country road smothered in mud after 2 years. I had 3 years without a bike as the injuries i sustained were not up to it. Last year i bought my current bike a triumph street triple r to see if i could still ride ok and it seems to get better with time. However i feel the time is right for me to get a blade again. Soon i will be looking for a 09/10/or 11 plate repsol colours. and now the question what are the differences between the years. i seem to think the subframe went from black to alloy about that time but are there any more. Im not sure of the differences between the new models but I am sure someone will be along shortly to tell you. welcome aboard.
hello wurzel and welcome along good hear your back on a bike again after your off, good on you! also had a bad one four years ago and still suffer now but its hard to give them up isnt it, think repsol subframes where silver 09-2010 and then to black 2011 might be wrong i usually am.
Welcome Wurzel. Glad to hear you on the mend but you might want to get the doctors to have another peek at your head mate, everyone with a right mind knows the Repsol’s are the slowest of the Blades regardless of year.

If weather does as it says on thursday or friday might take my trumpet and see what its worth against a blade.
Welcome Wurzel. I have recently joined the Forum after purchasing an 09 blade, although mine is for the track but does have a daytime MOT. You are not far from me so maybe we could meet up in the spring / summer with some other members (I will have to get home before it gets dark, lol)
Got one now though. Put deposit on 2009 repsol today. Will be getting it delivered next week sad to see the little trumpet going but once its gone i'll get over it.
Hi Tony from scunny. Plenty of us from yorkshire on here and im pretty sure something can be arranged in the spring/summer and still be home before dark.
