would just like to say that it is a month today since I kicked the filthy smoking habit :D:D:D
Saving money , feeling so much better and even lost weight this time instead of gorging myself everytime I attempt to stop.
Bought and read that Allen Carr book and it has really worked this time so heres hoping but I feel really positive :)
Even seen in the airport the other day for a pack of 20 cigs was £9.99 !!!. Just no way I would pay that to poison myself like

Even invested in a mountain bike and been doing a lot of miles round some of the trails that I am lucky to have just a few miles from my house.

Roll on the better weather so I can get the blade out now ;)

Well done. I've quit for extended periods on several occasions but I always seem to start again. Normally when working on my bike actually. I seem incapable of spannering on my bike without a pack of tabs to hand.

Cheers for the comments guys. Have actually lost half a stone so far !. This time feels a lot different since reading that book as before I would just go to the cupboard and gorge on sweets , crisps etc whenever I felt like a ciggy. The last time I stopped I gained nearly 4 stone !!. This time though I dont need to go to the cupboard :)

Ohhh, I have just completed two weeks without the evil stuff, god I feel so much better for it after 32 years. I had tried countless times and failed with patches, chewing gum etc, but now I use e cigs called green smoke, they are feckin amazing. I'm now starting to use them less & less so hopefully will stop for good very soon.
