    Hi All,

Looking around for new chain adjusters for my 2006 model. I have read some threads about Lightec and Gilles but are there any other manufacturers I should consider ?

Any helpful advice or feedback on Lightec and Gilles would also be helpful.

    Thanks Nigel

Watch the bolts on the lightech, they are crap… i changed mine for stainless jobbies as the originals are soft as philadelphia.

    Gilles are proper precision engineering.

I can appreciate the work gone into them when I see them.

I was wondering, what is the better investment a chain adjuster or a laser alignment tool?

Out of the Gilles, which works best and is easiest to use TCA or KTS or are they basically the same?

TCA are excellent you adjust with Allen key then lock off and forget, also make it easier to fit the back wheel :)

Lightech here no complains. Works like it is supposed to.

Nothing wrong with the bolts... maybe they upgraded.
