As per the title folks, anyone own one of these??

Looking for a new compact luggage system. I've got a few kreiga items, and they're great. But this has been on my radar for a while.

Looks good, compact, easy to use. Combined with the tent bag accessory it would meet my requirements.

Any experience, views, reviews will be much appreciated.

    Cheers

    Mike

There's a luggage thread on here, Mike. Remal's got the set up with the tent bag and everything and it looks mustard. Halvarssons sell virtually the same thing in two sizes so they're worth checking out too. I've got a lot of Halvarssons gear and it's well made and not too dear.

I have this bag and its the mutts, well worth it. I had the tent bag on top. Enough room fr a week touring Spain, France and Andorra. Tent, sleeping bag, mat, clothes, etc...

Gets a 10 out of 10 from me and if I had to buy another I would

I've got one; I really like it; Very waterproof when used with the inner waterproof liner bag, use roll top waterproof bags in the side sections. Funny thing to pack because of the shape but you can get loads of stuff in it and the large opening is good.
I would like a shoulder strap to carry it into Hotels, in fact I might add one. Changed the side zig-zag elastic to cargo net elastic so now can carry a bottle of water on the move and stow gloves etc when stopped.
Sits nice and low on the bike but you may need to use bungies to secure it. Your gear will settle and the standard straps will loosen off.
Overall, good value and a nice sturdy bag.

Had one four years. First on a 600rr and now with a Blade. Works like a dream, easy fit on any sport bike. Got it cos I go fishing and needed a bag that took waders. Nothing else that was as sleek and wind-tunnel friendly and fitted a sports bike took that kind of load. With a bag like that you need no other luggage and, as others point out. it's easy to strap anything you like on top from tent to lightweight bike cover for when you have to park on a street while touring - with that and a chain you can sleep easy in your Formule 1.

That's an important point that Mr makes. When I go away I always take a minging bike cover to disguise the bike and the Almax series 4. I however use a Kriega us40 combo set up behind which does me. If I went camping I'd go for the BC/Halvarssons rig as I reckon it would be more adaptable for the load.

    Thanks fellas!

They were exactly the kind of reviews I was hoping for. It's a done deal for me, I'll get it ordered up.

    Cheers

Yeah Remal think I remember that post, mine is like yours with a handle in the zipped cover which is ok but it would be nice to be able to sling it over a shoulder when lugging helmet & tank bag in to a hotel.

My Bags Connection Cargo bag + Tent bag arrived in the post today. Very happy. Looks the business.

Good quality, enough storage for me, and good service from Motohaus.
