As above really guys spent the last 4 days barley able to move plus the obvious from both ends!
That bit seems to of stopped but I'm really struggling with the dizziness headaches and really aching muscles. Can't even walk in a straight line!

Anyone got any solutions or secret potions I can try? I don't want to miss any more sunny days!

Thats from dehydration. Go get some stuff from the local chemist to help rehydrate otherwise. Powerade etc

If it continues, see the doc mate.

    Otherwise, like RR said, fluids.

Will it work if I just mixed it in with the vodka through the night?

well really??? not sure.... you can be the hamster with this one

it re hydrated you... an hangover is mainly cause but rapid dehydration......

it doesn't get the alcohol out of your system however replace the salts you loose from the dehydration cause by the diuretic effect of the "pop"

Well I feel qualified to help you out here, Martin. I once had Campylobacter poisoning that lasted for 3 weeks and it was hands down the most unpleasant time I can remember.

You're definitely sound dehydrated and you need to address the matter ASAP but you do need some kind of Oral Rehydration solution mixed in with the water because you're not getting any electrolytes from food. Dioralyte or some such thing but you need to make sure you're drinking regularly and plentifully. It's a pain in the arse (no pun intended) but you must do it.

Secondly get your self some moistened toilet tissues. Rasping away at your nipsy with dry paper 10 times a day is very painful and the moistened ones do the job much better. Also make sure that you clean your mitts thoroughly after you've been to avoid recontaminating yourself :D

Don't let this go on for too long. Contact your doc. My poisoning thing needed antibiotics to stop it. Something the docs could've given me after a week

When you're recovering, keep it simple. Don't think, "woo hoo!! I'm feeling better" and start necking a curry. Your insides will be begging for mercy. Avoid anything fatty or spicy. Nothing too milky.

Hope you're feeling better soon. It's a miserable experience.

If you suspect its food poisining, if you have any of the pizza left over contact the local EHO.Or contact them anyway.Although alot of people will blame food poisining straight away when virus are a more common occurance. But I would say that being a chef.
