    Hi all, just returned from Newcastle Motorcycles and am now the proud owner of a 04 Blade...well, once I can pick her up on Wednesday!!! Here's to a great summer (come on weather, you owe us!) and some quality rides out. Took some sneaky pics of the bike in the showroom so here she is...

    Thanks for the welcomes! After a year of riding a '00 ZZR600 I can't wait to get out on the Blade - should be a slightly different experience me thinks ;)

    As for bike meets, I'm definitely up for that as this will be my last summer in the UK - off to that big sunny island many miles away, Australia, in October! Got my eye on some nice Blades out there so wanted a few months experience on one before I got there.

    Right, time to check out this website :)

    Welcome to the forum, mate. I'm just over in Stockton but we'll not be meeting up because my bike's almost identical to yours......right down to the nose decals etc and we'll look like a gay formation dance troupe if we turn out on identikit bikes :D
