Hi all, just bought my first blade (08) and will be picking it up on Wednesday. Spent all of my time on 600s or Aprilia V twins and mustardmitt it was a revalation how easy it was to ride the blade fast. Please be ready for some stupid questions. Hi im from Yeovil matey, I had a 11 plate blade you are going to love it if you need any advice let me know. Commute to Bristol now so have a 13 CB1kR, miss the blade tho !! Private or from Bransons ?
From Bransons, actually got quite a good price. I'm a bit of a shortarse and the old blades were just to tall for me. But the 08 onwards seem to have lower seat. I live on the new Wyndham park estate so only a stones throw from Bransons
I just moved to ilchester road so not to far, I have short legs so get where your coming from, the blade is perfect to ride fast easily, I always wanted a v twin so bought a 1098s (the Baylis rep in Bransons) but a new job and daily commute to Bristol meant the CB was a better option and I have to say I love it !! Mike always looks after me at Bransons, did a great deal on both the blade and CB and they look after you after the sale which is nice. What Colour did you go for HRC are the fastest
I bought the 08 black one. It was Mike who I delt with and he seemed a decent chap. Next thing for me is new leathers. I've recently lost 3 stone so none of my gear fits me any more. I need a few blasts on the bike to get used to it. As you will know it is a totally different animal to an Italian V twin. As soon as I'm happy ill give you a shout and you can show me some of the twisties if you want. With a name like Taff you can probably tell I'm not from round here

yes mate in events and ride outs im just rideing up on the sunday so fingers crossed the weather will be good.i think the banner is visit to kpones neck of the woods hopefully see you there and meet some of the others as well
