Thanks for the replies. Not too bothered about using the map pocket on the move, just for summary directions to read when stationary. I can't get on with the GIVI bag, gets in the way for me. It does look like the bags connections bag sits a lot further forward. TerryHawk - how secure is the map case?
Map case has 2 clips on the front and Velcro on rear Ian didn't budge an inch at 175 mph on the autobahn mate
I ended up modifying my GIVI as it was virtually unusable for me on the standard settings. This is where it locates now :- I used an aluminium plate, some spacers and drilled four holes through the bag. Cheers, Ian.
