New roll of carbon wrap arrived today, so I took to removing the infills & exhaust cover that I wrapped before as I didn't like the finish.

Upper tank infill before, along side my spare infill that I used to test if the new carbon film was any good.

How the other infill & heat shield cover looked with the old film.

    With the new film.

Parts fitted back on the bike.

May re-doo the chain guards tomorrow, as this film stretches quite well.

Set to with wrapping the chain guards today and had a time consuming go at the old rear hugger too, turned out quite well. While there, removed the lower swing arm stickers and cleaned it up as they were unsightly.

Gonna sell the old carbon rear hugger now as it wasn't quite as good a fit as the original.

Took off the pillion pegs to find my rear res bolt quite corroded. Got an allen head bolt from my old VFR and cut it down to size. All is now shiny again :)

Put baffle in can and reflector on number plate to take bike for mot.
Bike passed, rode home and removed them for another year.

Increased the bhp and torque massively with a Bazza fueling unit, replaced the air filter with a K & N unit, had the suspension set up and it spent time on the Dyno to ensure it is all running as I'd like it!

Took my 2013 blade to Crescent Suzuki Verwood, to get it remapped for R77 end can, bmc filter and PCV. Not allowed to watch the abuse in the inner sanctum , but you could here it from their first floor viewing area over the workshop. After 2 1/2 hours he had re mapped my bike with the baffle still in , as I do use on road .had a ferry to catch to get home , otherwise would have done a 2nd map, the bike now pulls cleanly with no bogging down around 3000rpm and now produces some 5hp more up to 8000 then climbs to an extra 20 hp . Base map was 145(this is the power commander base download map that the dealer had loaded when they supplied new bike n bits etc!!) final map is 166hp with more torque and a flatter fuel air line. Very impressed with the customer service here.

    Happy chap.:)

Just test fitted the track fairing I bought off PeterC, after a deep clean, some filler, touch up paint, ebay decals, and stomp grips, looks reasonable?, and it will take a weight of my mind when on track ;):D

I completely dismantled (ok maybe not completely) my bike ready for the tail light and indicators to be fitted on arrival. Someone please tell me why Honda put the relay inbetween the headlights. Can't wait to try and put this lot back together again. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1371323863.937851.jpg

I extended my relay with 2wires too behind the left hand panel for ease if it ever blows etc, while its apart you may aswell do it

Also you may find it easier to refit the nose if you remove the screen as it gives you a bi more flexibility

Thanks Martin but Not spent that much mate :D

The track fairing was cheap enough due to being tatty, and the stickers where off Ebay and under £20 (lets hope they don't peel off lol  round the track)

    Harris folding levers
    Braided hoses
    scorpion exhaust
    DID gold chain
Talon +2 rear sprocket std front
    Stomp grips
    gear indicator
    Speedo healer
    K&N Air Filters
crash bobbins to frame and forks
Tail tidy when her Sunday best is on :D

    she is bog standard
