Here are some photos of the install but would appreciate some info from members who have also installed this exhaust-

    1. Could not use the stock hanger screw as per instructions, I used the longer one that came with the kit but not enough room on other side to put on the securing nut but it seems secure enough (photo 1)

    2. I put the aluminium spacer that came with kit on right side of hanger but pipe still comes very close to swing arm- about 1.5mm, is this ok? (photo 2)

    3. I followed the servo motor cable from original exhaust to under the seat and released it from the round servo, as per yoshimura instructions I marked where the cable originally was and returned it to that position, but when I went out for a test ride and came back and looked at the servo position it had moved a quarter turn? (photo 3) Should I now move back so white marks align? WHAT DOES THIS CABLE DO?? CAT??

    4. This thing came with kit, it looks like something religious people would torture you with after admitting that you went to Amsterdam for a weekend! I didn't use it- any ideas?? (photo 4)

I WILL TRY AGAIN TO UPLOAD PHOTOS BUT ITS A WASTE OF TIME, you shouldn't have to go to a photo barn etc to upload photos who is running this site???

Can't you just click on the pic image in the toolbar and just add each photo and upload? Works ok for me

Can looks great, you need an infill panel to finish it off.

1 and 2 are similar to mine. You can twist the back box slightly to get a couple more ml but nice and snug and mine had never rubbed once as they move together ;)

Isn't item 3 to operate the flap in the exhaust to assist torque on the stock one?

Item 4 totally agree!! Wtf would you ever use that nasty little item for??

And yes pic 5 show no Yoshi panel which I would highly recommend although I don't know how it's supposed to fit flush with the spacer mounting bracket they provide you with??

Sounds amazing tho doesn't it!! Very distinctive sound and apparently the number one selling aftermarket exhaust in the uk! So there's a few of us out there :D

Item number 4 is for pulling the springs back when assembling the pipe.

You need to make sure the servo goes back into the the standard position otherwise the Fi light will come on.

I have a yoshi. Epic doesn't even come close to the sound it makes!

    Nice can mate.
I got mine taken off my old bike and at this moment it is being fitted to my new one.
Can't wait to see it on that beast.

And not being at all handy or mechanical, I left it to the experts to remove and replace.

I think you mean the flapper servo cable

I meant the cable to the oxygen sensor in the OEM exhaust, which I am not using because I will be fitting the PC5.
