Anyone any experience of the Maxxis Supermax Touring M6029? They do a 16" front tyre.

Ive never tried the Maxxis myself, I always loved the feel of the Bridgestones I was loathed to change on a gamble.
I suppose if you get them for peanuts Id try but if its only a small difference Id stay Bridgestones

Trouble is the only 16" front tyres Bridgestone do now are sports tyres. The BT021 on the rear is a sports touring tyre, so not sure if mixing a sports tyre at the front and a sports touring at the rear is a good idea to not?

I always ran a sports tyre on the front and a touring tyre on the rear of my RRW, with no problems on the road, on the track or in the wet.
