Hey guys does anyone have a custom dyno map as above for an 09 model with Yoshi and K&N without baffle that they wanna lend me?? :)

I've now gotta wait until I have the quickshifter and ignition module for my dyno session, oh and also rearsets so it's delayed things a fair bit but I would love to see the difference for now if possible....

    I got a cheeseburger man! :D

All depends if I go on holiday this summer and whether I take up my brothers invite for a weekend in Amsterdam. That and if I can make it round Snetty Monday in one piece as the last two attempts have failed dismally :(

Marty made a good point that if the map is from a bike that is running lean or rich it could have a negative impact on mine. I was only looking to experiment with one briefly but may just be patient and get it on the dyno ASAP ;)

Well mate, mine is being mapped up next weekend two maps baffle in and out, I'm on an 09 blade with filter and yoshi can so similar, yes it is correct that each bike is different but you can try the map out and get yours done still anyway after :)

If you want to try it give me a pm and i'm sure we can sort something out.

Actually mate, what is your reason behind picking the ignition module over the secondary fuel module?

I spoke with dynojet and the 3 setups are the basic bolt on and go then the secondary fuel module then the ignition module. Ignition module setup is most expensive and also most customisable and also gives a further 5hp top end power on the blades that doesn't happen with the other litre bikes.

So I like the idea of pushing towards the 200hp at the engine range :D

But seriously Dynojet technical guy pretty much explained them all in detail and said having the ignition module setup is the most advanced and ideal route

That's strange race Engineering said that i'd be better off with the SFM rather than the ignition module as it does both fuel and ignition

Call up Dynojet uk technical support, it's their main guy you get to talk to and he's pretty sound. I'm sure he can confirm what is what ;)

I'll have a word with Simon and the guys at dynojet, will be interesting. The ecu flashing also allows ignition changes too.

I didn't know they could flash blades now? My brother has his Big Bang R1 flashed and is just waiting for the throttle blipping mod to be released which looks really good!

They can indeed, at the moment it's an ecu send off to Italy, race Engineering are going to let me know when the service is available in the UK.

Secondary fuel module connects to the top fuel injectors and has zero effect on ignition! It adjusts fuel and is only really needed for the qs when going the fuel route (option 1), whereas the ignition module is used to alter the ignition timing or cut ignition when using a qs (option 2).

My old 08 had the same exhaust and filter as yours, with baffle 163 at rear wheel, without baffle 171 at rear wheel, with the addition of ignition module set to -2deg at top of revs gave 173 bhp at rear wheel. The baffle remained out as is my 12 plate and is not to noisy definitely not as noisy as a leo vince or race fit..
