I can also loan GoPro for Oulton -

No track day operator would let that helmet mount / pole be used I don't think which is a shame -

you must look odd wearing that stuck out the front of your lid - and not easy to hide from the police if they stop you either

I was told recently that if the 'Filth' stop you and they notice you have a Camcorder they can legally ask to see the footage!

Therefore if said Cam has captured ya Speedo readings you then auotomatically incriminate ya sen!

Have you a pic of it attached too the lid? Can you feel added weight/wind resistance etc?

no thats wrong, they can only ask if they good reason to say a crime has been committed.
thats like taking your slr off you incase you have taken some incriminating photos.
so unless they seen you speed/wheelie or involved in a crash they cant remove the card.

Sorry for late reply Martin.....you can feel extra weight on ur head yeah. I had it on for a good few hours first time out and I could feel the slight strain in the back of my neck the next morning. Wind resist ain't too bad though and once the cam is positioned so u can't see the arm, it's hardly noticeable in ya field of vision when riding. It's about arms length away from lid, just within reach to hit the start stop button. I keep meaning to make a quick "how too" vid on you tube, I will get round to it.

Yeah... I get some odd looks from other people on the road and when I ride through the small villages... They stop dead in their tracks and point. Just gonna play dumb if the old bill stop me and as its not restricting my vision in any way, I'll see what happens :)

I'd be worried about twatting a vehicle when filtering with that sticking out?

If I thought there would be a twat of a chance that I'd have to filter through traffic up on the mountain roads, I wouldn't have the twattin thing on my head, that would be a bit of a twatish thing too do now wouldn't it!!
That would be worthy of a 'Twat of the Month' nomination.
