Hi all, Thought I'd sign up now ... got a cracking deal on a new 2011 blade. I've ordered a TT Legends paint scheme with silver frame and gold wheels, R&B tail tidy. The wait is 3 weeks for the dream machine paint job ... which will be the longest 3 weeks of my life ... Photos to follow as soon as I can get it into my photographic studio ... now which gorgeous model do I drape over it !?!? Nigel Jepson Photography
welcome to the forum. and looking forward to some nice pics from the looks of the link u have up some very good pics
Hi Nigel Now you've got us all in suspense. There's a member on here called Givover. He's up for some nude modelling. Cheers Ken
Thanks guys (and thanks for the offer LOL) ... but I think you'll be seeing the lovely Stacey Jo Marshall drapped over the bike ... ... this is my second venture into Honda ownership ... the first being this ... Hence the colour scheme ...
welcome mate! loving the new bike, i ordered my hrc just before they came out, would have been a tough call... oh and nice one on the rc30, few debates on here lately about it, whats the verdict? how it pitch against a modern 600?
It was a tough decision between that and an HRC bike ;-) I had the RC30 at the same time I had a '99 R1 ... and it ran rings around the R1 in the bends. Not as good as a modern 600 (I have a GSXR 600 K7 solely for track use) and in the twisty stuff the 600 is definately quicker to throw on it's side. Compared to today's bikes it feels older, that's not to say is doesn't feel good through ... just different. Gorgeous bike to own and the V4 sounds is awesome. To be honest I regretted selling the RC30, but unfortunately I needed the cash at the time for other reasons. The the high first gear and the heat it generated meant that it really was a sunny day ride.
Awesome ,, Iv been drooling over that bike on line for weeks .. I posted it up on here to say how nice it is .. Cant wait to see pics .. oh and welcome to the forum
Welcome from another newbie, picked my TT legends up, last week, very good choice, and to top it off, underneath all that paint, it's 1000rr fireblade, mad ain't it! You covered in bruises from pinching yourself too?
hello and welcome nigel. gotta agree mate dobles seem to 1 of best around travelled all the way down to get mine.
Welcome mate I go motocrossing near you at Churchills MX, Lingfield. Tommy Hill was there last Wednesday!!
Churchills MX ... we take my son who has a PW80 there occasionally just to run around the oval track at the top. he also worships Tommy Hill ... infact he's give Tommy a toblerone at just about every rounds on the BSB this year during the pit walks !
