For my sins I work in personal injury law as a specialist motorcycle crash investigator (although I do investigate other road crashes as well). I do all the initial groundwork, act as point of contact, look at the evidence and then advise my colleague solicitors and barristers on liability and points of road traffic law. I am also an advanced riding examiner and instructor, I wrote and delivered the RoSPA diploma course for advanced instructors for many years, I sit on a number of advisory committees in respect of protective clothing for riders and rider training. I was involved in the re-write of Roadcraft, I occasionally get asked to write pieces for motorcycle mags or get interviewed by them from time to time I do other things as well, but I won't bore you.
