    Hi guys,

submitted my hello in the newbies section ;-)

Quick question are the 2006 CBR600RR wheels the same as fitted to the Blade..?

The R1/R6 use the same wheels.

Do you know the widths of both the 600 and the Blade wheels (F&R) please, I am trying to work on a custom project so need to do some maths :-(

    Cheers Scooby,

No just the front dimensions I needed, they all have a 92mm PCD for the disc mounting (correct me if I am wrong)...That means both the Blade, the 600 and the Firestorm could in effect share the same wheel.

I just need to pick up a front wheel which will fit any of the above, I am converting my R1 fork bottoms with '06 radial fork bottoms as a friend can get me them new for £35 a piece, its cheaper than swapping forks! And my forks are all custom and reworked anyway I dont want to change forks per se.

I have some Brembo M4 Calipers 108mm spacing, just have to source some new discs. I also have a quick release front set up being machined...

The last sum in the equation was the wheel, just had to check before I went on ebay to buy a front wheel ;-)
